Yi Sang Chinese Restaurant @ Sothearos became the venue for an evening of divine dinner and wines, organised by Beefsteak and Burgundy Club Chapter 265, Phnom Penh. This is the first time that this event is held in a Chinese restaurant, Yi Sang Sothearos, which is the flagship outlet of Yi Sang Chinese restaurants managed and operated by Almond Hospitality, the brainchild of celebrity Cambodia Master Chef cum Entrepreneur Mr Luu Meng. Yi Sang restaurants have a good reputation for not only serving fresh artisan dim sum but also exquisite Chinese dishes with fine pairing of wines from around the world. The special menu highlights included its signature organic Kulen Roasted Black Pig, 8-spices Almond crusted US Ribeye Beef. The guests enjoyed the fine blend of east meets west dinner menu coupled with special curated wines for each course.
