Yi Sang Restaurant (Sothearos)

As our flagship outlet which opened on 08.08.2008 within Almond Hotel, Yi Sang Sothearos has set the standard for Phnom Penh’s premier live seafood dishes and fresh dimsum.

Elements from signature dish, crispy roasted duck and goose are found in our dining room- the honeycomb wall references the wild Cambodian forest honey in our glaze- the result is an experience for all the senses.

At Yisang Sothearos, you can start your day withunlimited à la carte dimsum, kuyteav and steamed rice, plus fresh fruit juice and fresh Luu Meng brewed coffee available from 6am and finish with an exceptional dinner like our signature organic roasted Kulen black pig.

Yi Sang Restaurant The Garden Toul Kork

This brand new outlet aims to be the last word in premium Cantonese cuisine in the Toul Kork area. The neighbourhood is ready to take fine dining to the next level. This is reflected in our exceptional culinary innovations, like all-new Yi Sang exclusivedish, organic roasted Kulen pig sourced from sacred mountain, Phnom Kulen.

In addition to Phnom Penh’s premier fresh dimsum and live seafood, our dishes incorporate classic Chinese ingredients, and complementary local specialty ingredients like Bong Kong- giant Mekong river prawn- and Kampot pepper.

Located in a remodelled villa on Street 337, the spacious site includes private dining rooms, dedicated space for special events like wedding receptions, and alfresco dining in the leafy garden, terraces or expansive rooftop.

Kanji Signature Restaurant

Our philosophy: combine the finest fish, meat and live seafood from prime locations with the freshest vegetables and botanicals around to produce a new taste sensation.

Dishes are designed by the Kingdom’s premier chef Luu Meng, an accomplished master of blending and balancing flavours from all over the world.

Our tasting menu brings ingredients to the table at the peak of freshness, reflecting the season and creative flair of our team trained by Luu Meng and special guest chefs from Japan. The menu brings together speciality ingredients like otoro tuna, Hotate scallops and Miyagi oysters with the best seasonal produce from Cambodia.

Meanwhile, our à la carte menu showcases quintessential dishes like sashimi and sushi complemented by an exceptional wine list, and selection of sake exclusive to Kanji- you won’t find our bottles anywhere else in Cambodia.

Uy Kuyteav (Ground Floor of Aeon Mall Phnom Penh)

In a hurry? Our Aeon location has your convenience in mind but don’t worry- the food is still of the highest standard.

Our dry kuyteav with pork and pickled vegetables is the perfect example of the time and love we put into our dishes: slices of turnip and cabbage are slow cooked for 48 hours then combined with wok fried minced pork and our premium noodles. Or try our special dry style Kuyteav with preserved beans and spring onions served on a bed of rice noodles with a pork and vegetable broth on the side.

Uy Kuyteav Restaurant (Kampuchea Krom)

At our location near the Royal University of Phnom Penh serves up some of the best Fish Amok in town: pieces of freshwater fish in a beautifully fragrant and balanced kroueng-flavoured custard, plus hard to find dishes like our Slow cooked pork rib soup with Cambodia spices and shredded coconut, and Braised chicken with red, black and green Kampot pepper.

Kroeung Garden Restaurant

One of Almond Group’s latest ventures, the menu at Kroueng Garden restaurant is inspired by Cambodia’s profusion of herbs. We take our name from the paste that has been at the heart of Cambodian cuisine for over one thousand years.

Our founder and renowned Cambodian chef Luu Meng has perfected the taste of the essential kroeung, which is lovingly prepared by hand using quality local aromatics at the peak of freshness.

There are 3 types of kroeung in the cuisine of the Kingdom, and that’s just the beginning! Each dish is prepared with utmost care and love in an authentic, home-cooked style by our expert chefs trained to the highest standards.

Only prime ingredients, starting from Cambodia’s fresh herbs and spices such as the Protected Geographic Indication Kampot pepper make it into our dishes. And it doesn’t get much more authentic than marinated Goby fish slow cooked in flavourful green kroeung with slices of young palm fruit and tender eggplant, one of many dishes on offer.

We serve regional variants of Cambodian dishes, like Tiks Kroeung in the Battambang or Kampong Chhnang, and serve original creations such as our bone marrow steak marinated with Cambodian herbs, natural sea salt and Kampot pepper.
